A TraumOne franchisee does not require a hands-on ownership once trained and can run itself with a great employee base from the EMT industry. A TraumOne franchise may be a home-based business to keep over-head costs down initially and can easily graduate out of a home and even into a business co-op with other franchisees if desired. Any necessary equipment, training, fully lo aded lap top, printer, office and ware house supplies to start your franchise are all included in the franchise fee. All that is needed is training and a white unbranded vehicle.
