Training:
We will offer you an Initial Training Program for you (and if you
are an entity, at least one of your owners) and up to two managers.
The initial portion of the training is conducted at our corporate
office or at our Asheville, North Carolina spa or at your location
and it is generally 6-7 days.
In addition to the Initial Training Program, we will provide you
with onsite training at your Spa. We will send a representative to
your location to provide your employees with 5 days of training
prior to your opening and 2 days of training after your opening.
Additional training can always be requested and provided.
The Initial Training Program covers the following information:
SOFTWARE SET-UP, PROCESS, AND USAGE:
Video Series/Practical Application/One- to-One Virtual Class
Tutorials
8 Hours of Self Study
3 Hours of Class Room Training
* Completed by Software Support Personnel, Self- Instruction (Home
or On-Site)
WFS INC. CORPORATE TRAINING:
Basic systems, processes, flows, customer service, inventory
education; recommended logistics, menu, operational planning,
marketing, etc.
