TRAINING:
Our intital training program consists of initial training at our
training location on the opratation of a spa for the frnachisee and
up to 10 additional employees. The initial training consists of 10
working days, and the program is broken into 8 hours of classroom
training and 72 hours of hands-on, on-the-job training. We require
that the initial training program be completed to our satisfaction
and at least two weeks prior to opening their spa.
We use our Operations Manual as the instructional material for
the initial training. If the franchisee's spa will be located
within the territory of a MassageLuXe Area Developer, the training
may be provided by the staff of the Area Developer at the Area
Developer's Model Spa.In addition to the intial training, all
franchisees will receive three to five days of assistance from
their assigned franchise representative during the opening of their
spa.
We also create and hold webinars regularly that are designed to
provide additional ongoing training for functions critical to the
operation and success of our franchise spas.
