Background

Retail Puppy Business: USDA Approved & Licensed

Business Description
This fun to operate, semi-absentee, certified responsibility bred high-volume puppy retail business, is for sale. The business creates extremely attractive operating margins from multiple revenue streams thus making this business very predictable and fun to operate.

Our focus has always been on greatly improving the puppy retail industry, providing a streamlined, quality-based, responsibly bred puppy business that will keep puppies safe & healthy while providing a high-end boutique experience for our customers.

All of our associated breeders are registered or certified by the AKC, ACA, UABR, Blue Ribbon, or Canine Care Certified through Purdue University. All of their puppies come with a microchip that provides information about the puppy, the breeder, hereditary history, and health records. In addition, all puppies are examined weekly by a veterinarian to ensure they are healthy and happy. The puppy enclosures have their own dedicated heating and air conditioning systems with in-line fans and outtake exhaust that extract impurities from the air. This reduces odors and airborne bacteria. The Puppy Suite Enclosure also has negative air pressurization equivalent to surgical air for each puppy enclosure, which safeguards against kennel cough and other illnesses. Each suite has a dedicated thermostat to control the temperature for each puppy.

Considering the benefits of franchising, such as established brand recognition and support from the franchisor, it's important to also take into account franchise fees and franchising royalty fees. Since most franchisors are privately owned companies, the current versions of their FDDs are typically not available unless requested directly from them.
