Tropical Touch offers training support in house and out! We have assigned some of our best staff memebers to certain regions. When the time comes after finding a building and you are ready to open (ideally before the first day) your regional manager will come to you in person to train you on how to answer phones, how to train your staff, how to hire staff, pricing, room etiquette, POS system, creating social media, ect. Ideally we would send your regional manager to you for the first week to help you get started and continue to help when they return home. Your regional manager is basically available to you anytime you have issues or have any questions or concerns. The first time isn't necessarily the only time your regional manager would come to you in person.
