We also have a VP of Real Estate on the XPO level who works to build relationships with national REITs and also pre-approves sites throughout the county (we currently have 2000+ pre approved sites).

Lease Negotiation Assistance: Our XPO RE team & the local broker will help with the LOI & lease negotiations. We also have a panel of pre-approved attorneys to review/approve all lease language.

Recruiting Assistance: XPO has a national recruiter who will help franchisees with job postings
