Initial Training
New franchisees are scheduled for training at least 45-60 days
prior to launch so that they can complete a series of tasks and
marketing efforts before coming to training. This includes
assisting franchisees with permitting, guerilla marketing efforts
on the ground in their territory and preparing to run their new
business immediately following training.
Training occurs over 5 days at our Florida HQ and includes:
- 2 days of classroom training
- 2 days of equipment and recipe training
- 1 day of DonutNV LIVE, a real-world stress test event where our
franchisees setup their trailer, make the product, serve real
guests and then break everything down with our team by their
side.
On-Going Support
We have a great support system in place to ensure our franchisees
can always operate their DonutNV mobile unit successfully. Our
operations team can be reached 24-7 for emergency
support/troubleshooting.
We have generators with warranties that can be replaced on the
same day. Our mobile units come with a 1-year warranty and our
fabricator works with nationwide partners should any repair work
need to be completed. All of our equipment comes with at least a 1+
year warranty.
We provide each franchisee with 2 DonutNV donut machines so that
1 is used as a primary and 1 is a backup machine should something
not work properly or need cleaning.
Our operations team works closely with our franchisees to help
them grow their business, assist with marketing collateral and
booking successful events. DonutNV has tools in place to aid our
franchisees in responding to event leads, booking events and making
every event profitable.
DonutNV also has web-based training tools for initial brand
training and setup, new product seasonal launch material and
onboarding new team members training videos and quizzes for easy
new hire training.
We provide our franchisees with support contacts for various
scenarios so that they always have peace of mind knowing they are
supported in any event.
