Glosshouz mobile application, spa financials bench-marking system
and optional local digital advertising SEM services.
We've spent years developing a robust online Learning Management
System with 60+ Training modules and certification programs for all
services and processes at the spa. Our FDD Training
commitment is 135 hours.
We have 300+ page online and searchable Glosshouz Operating
Manual with all necessary employee onboarding forms, training
materials, protocols, and checklists.
We provide up to 5 days in-person training at our head quarters
in Denver, CO as well as up to 5 days in-person training and
opening support at the franchisee location during Glosshouz new Spa
Center opening week.
We provide immediate support to franchisee for any questions as
needed and conduct weekly business coaching as the franchisee is
