Background

Nationwide, there is an explosion in family pets. Today's pet has become a "family-member". That's where Pets Are Inn (PA) comes into the picture. You see, PAI is committed to caring for pets while their owners are away. PAI takes pet boarding a step further by providing a private home environment to personally care for pets. These "Host Families" are carefully screened to make sure that the pet's unique personality and needs are met. Pets are cared for in a healthy and happy home environment!

PAI provides all transportation. Round-trip transportation from the Owner to the Host Family and then back to the Owner. The "Host Family" walks, feeds, plays with and entertains the pet and maintains the Pet's Regular Schedule. Arrangements with Veterinarians assure prompt, high quality medial care at a moment's notice.

Our industry's first comprehensive insurance program protects our franchise owners and host families. For the Pets ARE Inn Business Owner, there is NO inventory. NO receivables, and NO ongoing payables in the operation of a Pets's Are Inn Franchise!

Training: The Franchise Owner will receive a complete and total training package that will enable them to start an alternative boarding service in their locality using all of the Expertise and Know-How that has been developed since 1982!

The Franchise Owner's market will be geographically, demographically and psycho-graphically defined to identify target market areas for both Pet Customers and Host Families. Boarding (Lodging ) and Transportation rates will be defined. State of the Art Computer, cell phone and internet access is a "given" in today's business environment! You will receive stationary and business cards, forms and contracts, comprehensive insurance coverage, and other materials necessary for your initial startup operation.

You will be licensed to use our Nationally Registered trademark and receive an Exclusive Territory! You will be assisted in the opening of your business and you will receive training and consultation over the life of the Franchise Agreement!!

Other Info: Your accommodations during training is included in the franchise fee. You are responsible for your travel and meals.

Materials, supplies, and the Pets Are Inn Operations Manual are furnished at no charge. After signing the franchise agreement you will be scheduled for Time-Management Seminar in your area. You will receive the count down to training manual. These tasks are designed to be completed within 3 to 4 weeks prior to attending training in Minneapolis!
