New Premier franchisees are required 3 weeks operational training online and at the Development Center in Texas City, TX. During this training period, new franchisees will evaluate Premier store operations, computer systems, and Premier support services. They will also spend one-on-one time with a member of the operations team evaluating business strategies for their new business and evaluate operational and marketing strategies to formalize this new store's approach. Premier will provide three days on site soft opening training and assessment.

Premier provides all franchisees a way to train and certify their employees through online modules in Premier University that include worker safety, sales and employee relations.

We offer extensive training every month for Franchisees, Store Managers, Sales Managers and Credit Managers at the Development Center in Texas City. These types of programs offer a state-of-the-art in-person and virtual training academy that can accommodate 20 in-person and up to 200 virtual attendees. Live, interactive, instructor-led training sessions provide exceptional learning and professional development through ongoing education.
