We know training. That's why we offer a detailed plan for giving our franchisees all the tools they need to succeed. It's important to stay simple, which is why we break our training and onboarding down into two distinct phases. We are confident that after you go through our training systems and processes that you will be ready to run a Shins Ninja Athletes, and very well may become a ninja yourself!
PHASE I TRAINING AT OUR LOCATION When you attend our training, we will bring you up-to-speed to better understand what an ideal location looks like for a potential Shins Ninja Athlete gym. We then spend one to two weeks training at the Shins Ninja Athletic Facility in Garden City, New York, at least twelve weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business. This includes administrative, operational, sales and marketing as well as liberal amounts of on-the-job training. This training is for the franchisee and up to two other team members.
NOTE: all franchisees must receive USA Parkour certification prior to attending phase I.
PHASE II TRAINING AT YOUR LOCATION You will receive on-site training with one of our experienced trainers the week before commencement of operations of your franchise. There may be additional two-day trainings, provided at no cost, at the Shins Ninja Athletic Facility in Garden City, New York.
