Training:
We will offer and make available an initial training program (the "Initial Training Program") for you and up to one (1) additional person designated by you, provided these individuals attend at the same time. One of the trainees must be you (or one of your principals responsible for the Franchised Business if you are an entity) and, if applicable, the other attendee must be your proposed designated manager that you wish to be responsible for the day to day management of the Franchised Business, subject to our prior written approval (the "Designated Manager"). (Franchise Agreement, Section 5(A)).

The Initial Training Program will be conducted at our corporate headquarters in Trion, Georgia or at another training facility we designate. We expect that our Initial Training Program will last approximately nine (9) days.

Other Info: We offer multiple opportunities for different types of owners:

  1. Single store/owner operator. This owner can run a single store themselves, capitalizing on additional profits without payroll.
  2. Multi Store operator. This owner will be managing multiple stores, operating with low employee overhead and aggregating the profits to provide a larger income potential.
  3. Area developer. This owner can have single or multiple stores operating as well as an additional revenue stream from royalty share generated through supporting additional franchisees within their market DMA.
