375 Chicken 'n Fries

The 375 Chicken 'n Fries franchise is a New York-based fast-food chain. The brand was founded by a private chef for the rich and famous who wanted a business of his own. When a small kitchen with virtually no seating became available in the bustling Lower East Side of Manhattan, 375 Chicken 'n Fries was born. Although a global pandemic hit shortly after its inception, the brand quickly rebounded and came up with a marketing scheme that invited food bloggers and social media influencers helping spread the word about 375’s sandwiches and fries. In terms of the initial investment, it ranges between 314,200 - $523,500, which includes a $40,000 initial franchise fee.

375 Chicken 'n Fries Franchise Cost and Requirements for 2024

The 375 Chicken N' Fries franchise was founded by Stephane Lemgane in 2019. He started the brand because he loves fast-food and saw an opening in the market for something new. Catering to a hipper, young fan base, the fast-food franchise strives to add excitement to the segment. Lemgane has a background in fine dining, but has always been fascinated by the fast-food industry. To improve it, 375 uses quality ingredients and makes the food fun. He and his team have spent years refining the business model and have learned from customers based on their feedback. The brand only serves Hala chicken at its locations. The chicken is free of growth hormones, antibiotics, and preservatives, making it tastier and healthier. It is marinated in a blend of buttermilk and spices for at least 24 hours. All of the brand's sauces are made in-house using kewpie mayonnaise, fresh chilis, honey and spices. Speciality ingredients like Moroccan harissa and Japanese hot sauce are included in order to go the extra mile. Franchisees benefit from streamlined operations.
The brand's menu includes chicken and waffles, chicken sandwiches, pop corn chicken, fries and more. There is something for everyone. Beyond the food, 375's vibe is customer-inspired and fun. Ideal franchise partners are dedicated to customer service and providing a great product. Hip hop music can be heard in the brand's locations, and local artists are promoted when possible. The brand has established a strong social media following and loyal fan base. Franchisees don't need prior experience as they'll be provided with support and training.

Considering the benefits of franchising, such as established brand recognition and support from the franchisor, it's important to also take into account franchise fees and franchising royalty fees. Since most franchisors are privately owned companies, the current versions of their FDDs are typically not available unless requested directly from them.
