Training:
"Shuck U!" (Our exclusive training program, that is!) consists of a
minimum of 64 hours of classroom and 80 hours on-the-job training
at our affiliate location in Wilmington, NC. It covers Shuckin'
Shack branding, vendors, finances, human resources, sales,
inventory management, front and back of house operations, customer
service, menus, POS systems, and marketing.
After the initial training, we will continue to support our
Franchise Owners through weekly communication from corporate team
members, video training, shopper reports, and local store action
plans. The community feeling of support from the family of
Franchise Owners is more than unique to our system.
