At Blackjack Pizza & Salads, we
provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure the
success of every franchisee. Prior to opening, you and your
designated management personnel will complete a detailed training
program?covering all aspects of operations, management, and
marketing?conducted in English and provided at no cost to you other
than travel and living expenses.
We assist with every stage of
store setup, including site selection, lease review, and providing
a standard layout plan with design guidance for both interior and
exterior elements. Before opening, our team conducts a final review
to confirm all brand standards are met. A company representative
will also be present at your grand opening to offer on-site support
and supervision.
Each franchisee receives
access to our Operations
Manual, which serves as a comprehensive guide for daily
management, operational standards, and marketing procedures.
Additionally, we collaborate with you to develop and execute your
Grand Opening Marketing
Program, ensuring a strong community introduction.
Ongoing support includes
periodic visits from our field operations team, continued training
sessions, and management guidance to promote operational excellence
and sustained growth. We remain committed to equipping you with the
